The Last Cigarette, starring Felicity Kendal and directed by Richard Eyre, is to close on the 23 May, only a few weeks after it opened to promising reviews.
The production is billed as a ground-breaking new production and is adapted by Hugh Whitemore and Simon Gray. It received favourable reviews when it opened at Trafalgar Studio One last month, with four stars in a number of publications. The play was due to end in August.
