Canary Wharf Film Festival 2009 will include a selection of award-winning shorts from the worldwide festival stage with a spotlight on the cinema of Serbia. There will also be a number of workshops, Q&As with established filmmakers and the new ‘Golden Canaries’ Award Show to close the festival.
The event, now in its third year, will run from 3-7 September and organisers are currently searching for quality submissions. Films can fall into the following categories: Animation, Documentary, Experimental or Live Action. The deadline is 24th June.
